01 · Delivery
Shipping across Europe
Snugspell Studio ships from Stockholm, Sweden, to the European destinations shown at checkout. If a country is not available in the checkout country list, an order cannot currently be accepted for that destination.
Processing and delivery
Each product page will state whether an item is ready to ship or made to order, together with its estimated preparation time. A delivery estimate and price will be displayed before payment. Delays caused by carriers, customs, extreme weather, or incorrect address information can fall outside the studio’s control, but we will help investigate.
Charges, tracking, and customs
Shipping is charged separately unless a listing says otherwise. The exact delivery price and available PostNord method are calculated at checkout after the customer enters the delivery address, using the destination, parcel dimensions, and final packed weight. No shipping charge is added before it is shown and accepted. Tracking is included when supported by the selected service.
Orders sent to European countries outside the EU may incur import VAT, duties, or handling charges collected by local authorities or the carrier; these are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly says they are prepaid.
Damage or loss
Please contact us promptly with the order reference and clear photos of the item and packaging. Snugspell Studio remains responsible for the parcel until it is delivered when the studio selected the carrier.
02 · Change of mind & problems
Returns, withdrawal, and faulty goods
Consumers buying online generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us that they are withdrawing from the purchase, without giving a reason. After notifying us, return the item within 14 days. Contact irisdreamingland@gmail.com before sending anything back.
Unless the item is faulty or we agree otherwise, the customer pays the direct return shipping cost. Returned goods should be safely packed and handled only as much as necessary to inspect them. A deduction may be made for diminished value caused by additional handling.
We will refund eligible payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. We may wait until the goods arrive back or until proof of return is provided.
Personalised work
The withdrawal right may not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This exception will be stated clearly before an order is placed; merely being handmade or made after ordering does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.
Faulty or incorrect items
Withdrawal rights are separate from legal rights when an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Contact us with the order details so that we can offer an appropriate remedy. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty goods, and national law may provide longer protection.

Terms of sale

Product pages describe the item’s main characteristics, total price in SEK including applicable VAT, available delivery methods, and any extra charges. Images are illustrative; handmade items can have small variations that do not affect their intended function. An order becomes binding when payment is completed and an order confirmation is issued, subject to stock and payment verification.
If an obvious pricing or inventory error prevents fulfilment, we will contact the customer and refund any payment. Unless another time is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made.
These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Swedish law applies, while consumers retain any mandatory protection available in their country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint.
04 · Handmade goods
Product and safety notice
Materials, dimensions, care instructions, intended use, manufacturer information, and any relevant warnings will be included on each active listing. Colours and scale can appear different on screens. Small variations are part of handmade production, but the delivered item must still match its description.
Unless a listing expressly identifies and labels an item as a toy, handmade character pieces are decorative collectibles and are not intended for children. Items with small parts, fibres, wire, safety eyes, magnets, or detachable accessories can present choking or other hazards. Keep them away from babies, young children, and pets. Follow the specific warning supplied with the product.
05 · Personal data
Privacy notice
Snugspell Studio is the controller for personal data used to answer enquiries and fulfil orders. Depending on how you interact with the shop, we may process your name, contact details, delivery and billing address, order details, correspondence, and payment status. The website does not receive or store full card details.
We use this information to perform the sales contract, meet accounting and legal obligations, prevent fraud, and respond to legitimate customer-service needs. Necessary data may be shared with payment providers, delivery carriers, hosting providers, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. Each provider handles data under its own responsibilities and terms.
Order and accounting records are retained for the period required by Swedish law; enquiries are kept only as long as needed for the relevant purpose. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing where applicable. Contact irisdreamingland@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local supervisory authority.
This site uses Vercel Speed Insights to collect anonymous performance measurements such as route, browser, device type, country, and web-vital timing. It is not designed to identify a visitor or reconstruct a browsing session. Checkout and marketplace links lead to third-party services with their own privacy notices.
